The service from Steve O'Connor smash repairs was absolutely above reproach. The fact that they are a family own business that are old school and have been in business for 45 years and put their name and reputation on the line is one reason why I considered looking at this company to do an insurance job for me. I have gone through insurances companies before were they send you to their recommended panel shop and have been less than satisfied with the work and time frame of which you have to wait for the repair to be done, this one was going to be 3-4 weeks. You have the right to pick a panel beater of your choice which so many people are unaware of. You can speak to the person doing the panel work personally which was Steve himself and gave me all the information upfront and possible time frame on delivery. As I live in Perth and the car that was Damaged was my wife's car in NSW they went the extra mile and out of there way to ensure they got the job done so she could have the car back which was within the week. I have NO hesitation in recommending Steve O'Conner smash repairs to anybody that may have doubts about there own Insurance company or any other job they may need done.
